This policy covers the Wrist Zero waitlist at wristzero.com. It will be updated before the app launches to cover the app itself.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store:

• your email address
• your answer to “What are you training for?”, if you give one
• the campaign tags in the link you arrived from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the referring website, if any
• when you signed up and when you confirmed
• which version of the sign-up consent text you saw

To stop abuse, we briefly keep a scrambled (salted hash) form of your IP address for rate limiting. We don’t store your raw IP address, and these records are deleted within a day.

Why

To email you when Wrist Zero launches and to understand which channels bring people to the waitlist. We don’t use your email for anything else, and we never sell your data.

Where it’s stored

• Waitlist data: a Postgres database hosted by Supabase in the United States (AWS us-east-1).
• Email delivery: Resend sends our emails.
• Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that sign-ups come from a person.
• Hosting: Vercel hosts the website.
• Analytics: Plausible counts page views and a few events (for example, waitlist sign-ups). Plausible uses no cookies and doesn’t collect personal data.

How long we keep it

TODO: decide the retention period. Suggested: until the app launches plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first, with unconfirmed sign-ups deleted after 30 days (needs a scheduled cleanup job before it can be promised).

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing deletes your email from the waitlist. To see, correct or delete your data, email hello@wristzero.com.
